Registration

First Time Registrants:

• Fill out the 2010 registration form - download here
• Provide a small picture of each child you are registering
• Provide copy of  each child's birth certificate or passport
• Pay the accompanying fees (checks/money orders to: Berwyn Heights Boys and Girls Club - or  BHBGC)
• Complete two other small forms/cards (one yellow and one white) provided by us
• Registration will be held February 13 from 3-5 PM and February 20 from 2-4 PM at the Berwyn Heights Community Center - 6200 Pontiac Street

If your child has registered with the BHBGC before:

• Complete the 2009 Registration Form
• Pay the accompanying fees (checks/money orders to: Berwyn Heights Boys and Girls Club - or  BHBGC)
• Registration will be held February 13 from 3-5 PM and February 20 from 2-4 PM at the Berwyn Heights Community Center - 6200 Pontiac Street
