Registration

First Time Registrants:

• Fill out the 2012 registration form Click to down load 2012 Form.
• Provide a small picture of each child you are registering
• Provide copy of  each child's birth certificate or passport
• Pay the accompanying fees (checks/money orders to: Berwyn Heights Boys and Girls Club - or  BHBGC)
• Complete two other small forms/cards (one yellow and one white) provided by us
• Early registration will be held on the first two Saturdays in February at the Berwyn Heights Community Center 6200 Pontiac Street

If your child has registered with the BHBGC before:

• Complete the Registration Form
• Pay the accompanying fees (checks/money orders to: Berwyn Heights Boys and Girls Club - or  BHBGC)
